Sunday: I sometimes have Sundays available but usually my weekends are filled with weddings. Please check-in with me to see if there is availability.

2. Choose a location
Select a location in Asheville for your photo session. I can suggest some popular spots or you can choose a place that is special to you.

Beaver Lake: Serene lake setting ideal for peaceful family portraits.
Asheville Botanical Gardens: Vibrant and diverse, perfect for nature-filled backdrops.
Biltmore Estate: Majestic architecture with an entry fee, offering a grand backdrop. (around $80 per person for entry. My entry fee must also be paid)
The Comfort of your home is also an option!
NC Arboretum: Breathtaking landscapes, admission fee applicable, for extraordinary photos. $20 per car
Craggy Gardens: Panoramic mountain views with an extra $20 charge for distance.
Tanbark Ridge Overlook: Stunning mountain vistas for an elevated and scenic backdrop.
3. Deposit Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit is required. Your session date will be reserved once the deposit is received. I will send you an invoice once your ready!
4. Booking Confirmation
After receiving the deposit, I will send you a confirmation email or message confirming your session date, time, and location.
5. Day of Session
Arrive at the agreed location in Asheville on time. We’ll have 30 minutes to capture beautiful moments.
6. After the Session:
I will edit and prepare your 15 digital photos and send them to you within the agreed timeframe.

Yes, a $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total session cost.

In case of bad weather, we can reschedule the session to another day. Your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

Depends on urgency. But the turnaround time for receiving your edited photos is typically 2-3 weeks. I ensure each photo is carefully edited to bring out the best in your family’s moments.

Yes, extended family members are welcome to join the session. Please inform me in advance if there will be more than five participants, as it may require additional time.

It's helpful to ensure children are well-rested and have had a snack before the session. Bringing their favorite toy or a small treat can also help keep them engaged and happy during the shoot.
